  Once Windows Explorer opens, locate Application Data folder and double click on the folder, rename Microsoft Help folder to Microsoft and try. I received a digital copy of MS Office Standard , de-archived it with 7Zip free without any errors, offcourse I am working in Administrator.

  Rename the 'Microsoft Help' folder as 'Microsoft Help. Rohn MVP.
